doing the impossible

Been having a lot of busy days for the past weeks. And I am extremely tired. Being an intern - treating patients;  making notes- initial evaluation, re-evaluation, pt notes discharge notes;  reporting;  reviewing for everyday’s quizzes, upcoming revalida and decury; making sure that tissue, US gel, masking tape are enough per container; commuting; sleeping late and waking up early almost everyday- just really drained me out.

I want to have a day off!
